So Happy!

Big J and I have been talking about a new computer for me for quite a while now, and after lots of thought and research we finally took the plunge! I'm writing this post on a new MacBook. Awesome! I love it.

It's a little odd moving from a PC to Mac, but so far so good. It is, as my friend Sherri said, so intuitive. After a couple little false starts every thing works great.

One of the coolest things is that the keyboard is backlit. Now, when I try to use my computer in the dark (which happens more often than you might think) I can actually see what I am typing.

I'm sure there will be some crazy things...I have to move my files over and load a couple programs, but I don't think it's anything to major.

One of the best things is that Apple has has a program called One-to-One where you pay $99 for a year and you can have a one-on-one 15 - 60 minute training session once a week for a year. Very cool. I probably won't go every week. especially since the closest store is 75 miles away, but I can imagine going once a month.

I feel so nerdy...but I am totally excited!
