Mark Bittman is fast becoming one of my favorite food writers. I like his take on simplicity without sacrificing flavor or resorting to pre-packaged, prepared foods. His recent article, Summer Express, is a perfect example. This collection is filled with delicious recipes that even the most novice cook can easily master.
Take a look....it makes fixing dinner after a long day at work during the hot sultry summer a bit more bearable.
