Friday Random Thoughts

This is an early posting for That Girl, usually I wouldn't be coherent enough to post random thoughts at 7:30 am!

BUT: We are packing up to head to Washington DC today because tomorrow we have tickets to the White House! How exciting is that!

Yesterday we watched the HGTV special on the decorating of the White House so we got an early glimpse of the decorations and all the work that went into it.

We are also going to the International Spy Museum, one of little j's birthday gifts. I actually think she may be more excited about that.

I submitted my grades yesterday with the exception of the independent study students. All done grading! Woohoo!

It's hard to believe that Christmas is a week from tomorrow. I feel like I'm not ready, but I know I am (well, except for wrapping which is one of those activities I always do at the last minute because I dislike it so much).

little j's school was closed yesterday and again today because we got 3 inches of snow. At least it's not the 3 feet we got this time last year!
