resume to CV and a slight panic attack

Who knew it would be such a time suckage to convert my very administrative resume into a curriculum vitae. All this reorganization, rewording, emphasizing different things...can you say pain in the ass! I did get exceptional guidance from my advisor, which has helped immensely.

But at the same time we went over my resume/cv we also came up with a timeline for finishing my dissertation. I'm in a bit of a panic. Although my internal timeline was to finish in October (HA!) we set a plan for the defense the week of December 11. Ok....it's really only two and a half months away because I have to give it to my committee before Thanksgiving.

Two and a half months....holy crap.
