The Piano Man

Never in my life did I think this would happen--Big J and I got tickets to see Billy Joel. Generally I don't look forward to the month of February, but 2007 will be an exception.

Big J and I danced our first dance to "Just the Way You Are." I remember it so clearly, but even more, I remember when we decided that would be the song. We had selected a couple songs to try out, see what fit us best and one evening we decided to do a trial run. I don't even remember the other songs, but when we started to dance to "Just the Way You Are" I got chills. We looked at each other and just knew that was it.

Even now, ten and a half years later, there is something about that song that just is so right for us.

Oh yeah....we got really, really good seats.
